A Realization ; Why I FAIL !

Hello fellow Warriors,

I have came to a point in my life where I realize that no matter how bad you want something, no matter how much effort you put into it, you will never achieve your goal until you have honestly gotten over the demons of your past.

Now, you may say, what does this have to do with making money on the internet? Well, succeeding on the internet is different from everything else in life in no way, it makes it damn difficult to accomplish anything when still suffering from an issue that is greater than the will of any one person.

I know, I know, you are thinking to yourself " what the hell is this idiot talking about here" , well for every one person, this particular demon may be completely and 100% different. One thing that you could put your money on is that everyone's demon has one thing in common, it is an ongoing illness that until you control, diminish, and conquer from your life; it is going to hold you back in every aspect you pursue.

Whether it be finding a new job, devoloping a relationship with your friends and family, or simply being all that you are capable of being, until this hindrance is destroyed and removed from deep in ones' thoughts; it will continue to hold you back whether you actively realize it or not. No matter how bad you want it, no matter how much focus and attention you put forth, when the demon is still among you, you can count on one thing, and one thing only friends, failure.

Now friends, my demon is one that I am sure many of you have been effected with, if not you, yourself, personally; no doubt someone close to you has had their life directly affected by addiction. I am well on the way to recovery and I am proud to say that, it took much time, energy, and failure to get to where I am at today. It's a long road full of obstacles frankly I never believed would be an obstacle, if that makes any sense. It's like this; I for one never believed that could be me. I thought I was immune to that sort of beyond humanly controllable drive to do something so against my beliefs.But let me tell you friends, addiction can and will grab ahold of you by the balls and it doesn't let go until one gets on their knees and honestly faces the demon straight in the eyes.

I can say one thing for sure, until one is man enough to admit they have a problem that is beyond their control, until you swallow your pride and accept you do not have all the answers anymore and honestly find yourself a Higher Power; your in for one hell of a ride. Just for the record; I am not a religious man, I never have been and more than likely, never will be. A Higher Power does not necessarily mean God, Jesus Christ, Allah, or any of the kind ; it is simply something one can put their faith and belief into when the times get tough. Something that truly gives you the inspiration to cut the bull****, face the problem, and eventually conquer the demon is the best way I can describe what a Higher Power is to me. Friends, everyone has something different they believe in, something unique to be their Higher Power; and mine is a picture of my parents I carry with me every second I am privileged enough to walk Gods green earth.

Now you may be wondering why I am sharing this with everyone on the Main Internet Marketing forum, and by all means mods, if this is the wrong place , please feel free to move it. I took the time to share this with my fellow Warriors because I constantly see threads on why Warriors fail with Internet Marketing. Although this reason in particular, addiction, may not even be close to the main reason the vast majority of people fail in their attempts at building a stable and passive Internet business ; addiction is not the only obstacle in life, everyone - well, most everyone - faces a problem or an issue that is simply beyond their control , whether it be drugs, gambling , anxiety, relationships, past failures, or any problem that is moved to the conscious or subconscious level, could and MORE than likely is, holding you and your business ventures back or substantially hindering them from becoming as successful as they could be.

I made this thread to encourage you, my fellow Warriors, to come forth and admit your problems, whatever they may be, small or large to the best of your ability.Face your demon once and for all. I believe if we all came nose to nose with our problems and took advantage of the opportunity to relieve an underlying problem, no matter how small , off of our chests and out of our minds ; we could all enjoy more successes and perhaps have them come more easily.
