Positive Affirmation Quote

Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.

"As long as you know what it is you desire, then by simply affirming that it is yours -- firmly and positively, with no ifs, buts, or maybes -- over and over again, from the minute you arise in the morning until the time you go to sleep at night, and as many times during the day as your work or activities permit, you will be drawn to those people, places, and events that will bring your desires to you." by Scott Reed

You keep thinking and believing that you can do it. What are you actually doing? You are setting positive affirmations.

    Thanks for sharing this Evocess...

Relating this to my experience, I find that apart from affirmations, I try to think about nothing else except the results that I want. At first I used to question if it was really possible; the more I made affirmations and intense thinking the more real it seemed. I suddenly found stories of people who had achieved what I aspired for and this reinforced my belief about the possibility of my desires coming to fruition.

Perhaps the people who would want to take this route of training the subconscious can start doing simple experiments. Sit somewhere for 15 minutes and try and think about nothing; or think about just one item. It is an experiment that helps your brain to focus on just one thought at time. The more you learn to concentrate the faster your desires will manifest.
