When you offer a discount people spend more money its a proven fact. Example restaurants tell each server to wear a T shirt with a short code on it with an offer of a free drink example text free drink to 111-11 and you will receive a text with a free drink or 50% off your meal, offer something worth while for people to opt in to there list. Offer a contest that if they can build up there sms list each waitress will get a 50$ visa card or something to make it worth there while. Also put the code on the receipt to join VIP club for vip monthly specials. Put table tents off this offer, put it on coaster, put up a poster on on window, put it on the bathroom door, infront off urinals in mens bathroom, so customers knows i can get a free drink or discount. This can work with any business, after six months this is what i can do for you. On a slow day they can send out a text before a football game, before dinner time, to 500 people if only 5% respond to that text that is that is extra 25 people at an average meal ticket of 20$ = extra $500.00 that day. Explain once your list grows you will have more customers. Only send it twice a month and explain if you send to many text will will opt out, sending text will just keep your customers in mind of your business Once the restaurant owner, doctor dentist massage therapist tanning salon who ever has regular customers tell them that this will be all free and you will make more money than you can imagine. This how it will be free for them even if you charge $500 dollars a month for this. After six months they have a list of 500 people with cell numbers what you can tell them is i can send a message to all your clients with a special offer from another business lets say a jewelry store. Ok its Christmas time and the jewelry store down the road is offering all of these people 40% off on all jewelry store for that month. In your sms system you can send mobile coupons with redemption codes so you can see how many people took up that offer, and what you would do is make a spilt 3 ways for the profit. So if the jewelery store did an extra $15,000. So lets say you sent a text to 500 people on the list and 15% took the offer at an average ticket of $200.00 X 75 = $15,000. So if we did a three way split of 15,000 me, jewerly store, resturant would get $5,000 each. Why wouldn't you want to build a list and make extra money for doing nothing. Send a text like dear value customers one of my best friends owns a jewelry store and as a special thank you for our customers Bobs jewerly is offering a 40% next month on everything in the store please show this text code 123 40% off to get your discount. Remember that jewelry store would not have that extra 15,000 dollars profit for that year, and also explain yeah you will have to give up some profit upfront for this deal, but if we do this twice a year how many extra repeat customers will you get from the restaurants list If you paint a picture in there mind they can see the value if they don't who cares there are thousands of businesses can you this service. Its all about making easier and getting more work done and being productive in an automated system |
