Hello All, Not to sure if this is the correct to put this thread, if it is, apologies. I'm looking to develop something in a niche market similar to Whatsapp, where people can interact on a notification feed and build a profile on multiple platforms. Can anyone give me some advice on the best place to start or point me in the right direction, in software etc? Thank you in advance! Steve |

As far as I have seen there isn't really a template for this. So I would suggest to post a job on some of the freelancer sites.

Your request is very specific and custom for sure. There is unlikely an option to go with an app building platform so it would need to be developed from scratch. It is going to require very specific requirements and then you would need to have someone build it for you. Consider one of the freelance sites. I have found the best 'custom' app platform to be PhoneGap.

There appears to be at least a few Whatsapp clone scripts out there. Paying a developer to customize an existing script would be by far your easiest/cheapest option. https://www.google.com/search?q=whatsapp+clone+script Of course, you could always have it developed it from scratch, but you're looking at a far greater financial / time investment to do that. Not to mention all the challenges and headaches that come from outsourcing a major product like that (especially if you've never done anything like that before). |
