Do you need to be member to post in joint venture forum?

I have a very lucrative business partnership offer and I wanted to post in the joint venture section do I need a certain number of posts of do i have to be a war room member?

    Frank,

    As the rules are now, you need 50 posts and you must be a War Room member to list an offer there.

    Won't do you much good at the moment, though, as it appears no-one is moderating that section. Haven't been for months.
