in 2 days I have to have a presentation ready for 2 VC's to get funding for my project and I have 39.7C fever and feel like SH*T

Anybody any idea's how to feel good in no time?

    Asking for medical advice on a forum .... hmmm.
    I got sick is not enough info. Is it cancer or is it a cold?
    Is it contagious and will the attendees appreciate you spreading your germs all over them? I wouldn't. The obvious answer is to postpone the meeting.
