    That's hilarious. A felony for upskirt photos.

      well if you want to keep as many people in for profit prisons as possible .. you fill them with 90 percent non violent felons like this and drug users with stupid long manditory minimums.. and and any time there is a budget problem .. let as many of the 10 percent of the prison population that is violent criminals out early .. and cut police funding.. to get the populations to agree to higher taxes ..

      think about what the sex offender registry was supposed to do .. now if you get caught peeing in public ..it gets you charged with a sex crime that puts you on the list in many parts of the country ..

      so this guy will be regigering as a sex offender for the next 50 years for upskirt photo taking

        What he did is sexual but good grief, it's insane for peeping to be classified as a felony. A felony is the most extreme prosecution.

        It's Wisconsin, not Pakistan.

        Taking upskirt photos without a subject's consent is a felony under Wisconsin law, carrying a penalty up to "3½ years of combined prison and extended supervision," according to the Journal.
        So, If I'm reading that right (above), this guy could have done 1.5 - 2 years max, half time for good behavior then be out on parole for a year or two.

        WTH? Serving 1.5 years for a felony?

        Something is wrong in Wisconsin.

        Did you know that within 15 miles of my home, there are 25 registered sex offenders that have to attend weekly meetings?

        My gripe is...why do we always end up having the meeting at my house?
