Hi Warriors,

I have a consulting firm in the Education field, many of my clients want to study abroad, especially in universities in Russia, Ukraine and Spain.

Anyone can direct me on how to reach a deal with those universities so I can refer them students and they pay me a commission

Since you are in none of the countries you list - you would need to contact their admissions offices directly.

In the US some schools might 'buy leads' but larger schools have their own outreach positions where they send representatives to other countries to recruit good students.

I don't see how 'commission' could work - what would the commission be based on? Would be more likely you could sell leads ....but you would need to check legality first for each country.

Obviously, the above is conjecture as I have no idea how the educational systems/recruitment systems work in other countries. Learning HOW the schools attract students - and if there are laws involved - would be the first thing to do.

It's possible schools in those countries do pay for referrals but I don't think anyone on a forum could tell you that.

My ducks are absolutely not in a row. I don't even know where some of them are...
...and I'm pretty sure one of them is a pigeon.

Thank you @Kay King, usually, all universities have their own student's recruitment team, however, they also welcome independent recruiters and they pay them a commission, this commission varies depending on the university and the country, for instance, U.S universities pay up to 10% of first-year tuition as a commission.

If you decide to sell in the US you need more research as there are legalities involved which is why most schools use PPL now rather than commission. Doesn't matter as it's not your target - but you need to know legal DETAILS for each country you do business in. The growth of social media has changed the landscape for leads That's not google info - it's from a family friend who is head recruiter for a large midwest university. It's why I answered this thread initially - as it was a topic we discussed recently when I had asked questions about attracting students during a pandemic.

Have you contacted the Admissions Departments of the schools you are targeting? Wouldn't that be the place to find out how to submit a proposal?
