Why are people afraid to say No ?
No is not a sin and is not disrespectful if used in the right context .
Let's say I ask my Child to clean his room and he says no for no reason at all other than to be stubborn .
In that instance the word no is dis respectful .
Let's say some one ask to borrow my bike or my phone or some money and I say no then in this instance the answer no isn't disrespectful.
Do not take rejection personal .Do not expect to get a yes every time you ask for something .
When you expect a yes for every thing you are setting yourself up to feel guilty for saying no to other people.
Remember that "no" is a universal terminology that doesn't discriminate.
