This Ever Happen to You?

My dog started acting crazy and since she got louder and louder, I went outside to take a look. I thought it was one of the neighborhood male cats coming to "check up" on our female cat.

What I found was a freaking COBRA. A cobra!! He was at full staff and his head was flared out and looked like he was about to show us who the new boss was.

Our country doesn't allow guns but no worries, we have brooms to shoo him away!

I went inside to finish getting ready for leaving. While I was inside those 2 minutes or so, the cobra disappeared. I almost wished he was still there because at least then I would know where he was. But no telling where he's hiding now. I hope he went back in the wooded area.

If he comes back, though, we'll be ready to defend ourselves with our trusty brooms. Holy cow!!!!

Has anything like that ever happened to you?

    Ummmm....no


    Best scenario - he saw you and thought 'mark is going to get a broom' and he slithered off. Worst case - you come out with your trusty broom and he DOESN'T slither off. Good dog for warning you.

    Wow, a close call. A member of the Cobra organization sweeping the area. And you very nearly had a brush with it. But it sped off in it's car going broom, broom.
