Well Andrew, clearly it works well for you - you've been banzai posting on WF lately (which is a good thing!)

Whatever you're taking, I'll have 10 of it.

Coffee, black, no sugar, in a big china pint mug that my daughter bought me with 'I Love Mum' written on the side (she was only slightly prodded into buying it ) It's like painting The Forth Bridge, as soon as I've finished it I've got the next round on the go.

Coffee - usually more than 5 cups a day. Tried Red Bull, but it gets my heart racing, and that is not a good thing after 40

              Hi Andrew,

Currently - Rooibos tea with a 1/3rd of a teaspoonful of Manuka 10+ honey stirred in.

Failing that, the thought of getting out of the UK and spending as much time as I want doing this -

As for me, on the days that I am able to work for long periods I would have to say tea (or hot chocolate), good music, occasional breaks, and the thought of money :]

I really need to get off these energy drinks hahaha. I drink 2 Rockstar brand energy drinks in the AM combined with chain smoking Marlboros. Then its coffee intermittently throughout the rest of the day...I'm such a zombie in the morning.

Oh god those vodka red bulls can be KILLERS...they go down like water and the next thing I know I'm a hyper drunk ready to run a marathon.

Not to mention the hangover.....alcohol and red bull - 2 HUGE diuretics.

Yet somehow every Saturday night I can't seem to say no....:p

I'd prefer to say that it's just raw food and being happy, but I'm also a caffeine addict. I'm dealing with that, though. I've rid myself of addictions to other substances (nicotine, for instance), but I'm still struggling with caffeine. It'll be gone, though, as soon as I just sit down and do the work.
