UK Property Books?

Hi folks.

I am adding to 2010's reading list this week. I was wondering if anyone in the UK knew any good books that talk about how to get into property investing or buying your first property? I am talking real books, not ebooks. Are there any "must-reads" out there that you could recommend?

I'd owe you big time if you could help me out on this.
