Which do you think is more effective, and why?(In regards to advertising and gaining traffic)

    I have found that if you stay off the line you won't bump into as much opposing traffic. That way you will arrive at your destination much faster and safer. Of course, I could be wrong.

      You know Paul, in your answer/reply which was more a "NOT ATTEMPTED ANSWER" than an answer, you've actually revealed the light to me and I thank you for that. You see, the portion of your statement "if you stay off the line you won't bump into as much opposing traffic" brought to my mind, that I could acheive more offline advertising, where it is not as congested with competition or "Opposing ad traffic to bump into".

    It depends. More effective for what? I find exercising is much better offline. You just can't do that online, cept for your fingers.

      I just don't understand why anyone could even talk about making money in a time like this. We are in a global recession, headed for a severe depression, there are conspiracies for governments to seize our earnings, and people are starving and losing homes, savings, medical care, and even their very lives. Corruption abounds in high places. How can you be so trite and insensitive in these conditions? And besides, it's just so hopeless.

      By the time the economy rebounds in 2012, the world will blow up. And you come here wanting to advertise and gain traffic for your own insensitive, selfish purposes?

      Oh, and by the way, welcome to the most depressing place on earth.

    It depends on what you're promoting. For some things, it will only work online. And if you're promoting a website offline, lots of time people will forget the address or not bother to try to look it up and some people still don't use the net.
