  Morning only. Twice a day, I feel dries my skin out. Although after wearing sandals all summer, I need to wash my feet at night. Morning only because I shave.

I prefer to have a shower in the morning because it makes me feel refreshing.

I shower in the night and morning. It just feels good to go out feeling all fresh in the morning. And I'd like to feel clean before I sleep.

Don't you realize that there are a lot of Euros here? They might be confused.

You should have asked if they shower on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

I usually prefer to have shower in the morning and if summer prefer to have shower in the evening as well.

I shower whenever I feel dirty, at least once per day though. Too many hot showers can be bad for your skin.

One of the most relaxing rituals I stumbled upon years ago was this advice:
Take a bath, every day. A real bath, like in a bathtub. Give yourself the time, even if you're only in it for 5 minutes. It will change your whole day's attitude.

  I shower in the morning after I get back from the gym and before I go to my day job
  
  I shower at night too just to get the grime of the day off me before I get into my nice clean sheets

cant wake up until i shower.
my gf and i use to argue about
going to bed clean vs going to bed dirty.

she showered before bed, i did in the morning.

but beds arent always all that clean!
id guess that most people at least a little sweat at night?

I shower at night! something about going all day long then getting into bed and wrapping yourself in your blanket with all the days crap on you! YUMMY!!! lol

I only shower once a day in the morning,but If I'm going out I will have another.I probably would shower twice a day but my job doesn't involve anything physical so it's not like I'm sweating.
