    • I wouldn't say that I believe in Law of Attraction, I know it works. The best thing I ever did to learn more about how it works was to go to Abraham-Hicks workshop. The books and videos are brilliant, and worth every penny. Lots of it you can see for free on their website and youtube. Great community, too.

I'm not sure I believe in it per se, but a buddy of mine who drives a red Corvette swears the Law is attracted to his car.

So I'm guessing his answer would be a big fat YES!

The Law of Attraction is another name for "the Power of Belief and Positive Thinking".

Yes, this is one of the prime keys to success.

The question to ask, is not so much whether one the Law of Attraction works, but what it has to do with your personal beliefs.

Prayer, meditation, chanting, whatever your belief system, is all about focusing your energies on a specific subject, with a desired outcome in mind.

As Henry Ford once stated, whether a man believes he can, or cannot, both are equally right!

The Law of Attraction and the reason most fail at it, has nothing to do with wishing etc, it's about your most active thoughts, what you impress upon your subconscious mind constantly.

Let's say you're preparing for an exam to be written 3 days away, let's pretend on a Wednesday, and it's Sunday today... you go to Church specifically to ask God to help you pass... come after church, you do not put in any work to prepare, and your mind keeps telling you - you're a loser and WILL fail!

Come evening, you kneel and pray, asking God to help... you put in a few hours of prep time... then sleep with that gnawing fear in your gut...

Guess what... the Law of Attraction works every time... it merely mirrors your inner belief...

So, what are the chances that you will PASS the said exam?

    You be the Judge.

To understand the Law of Attraction...

    Stop supplicating, and start appreciating...

In layman's terms... stop begging and asking for a desired outcome, instead, start thanking Spirit, God, the Universe... whatever tickles your fancy, about "ALREADY HAVING" that which you so desire!

In so doing, you're projecting positive energy into the Universe to mirror your belief and energy... and nothing on Earth, not even 10 Hiroshima Atom Bombs, can stop that which you so desire, from manifesting!

It's like a game of football or anything in life... practice... don't just envy Tiger Woods (all the single men, c'mon now!) for his talent or anything else... he's put in what he's getting out...

    Need I say more?

So, you tell me, does the Law of Attraction work? What have YOU ATTRACTED today?!

Kayaman, soon the new year starts, so now's a great time to:

    1. Wipe the slate clean.
    2. Focus upon what you really want.
    3. Chart your course.

    Right?

Well... only if you want to risk having to repeat these steps for the same wishes next year! Maybe this is splitting hairs, but here's an adventurous alternative:

    1. Give thanks that life is... just as it is (and that it's been... just as it's been). Because of it, you're now "READY."

    2. Define what you want in terms of the end result. Don't worry about the hows, or even the course. KNOW that what you want is ALREADY yours in spirit, by divine LAW, just focus on the certainty of this ownership, understand it, claim it, and "it will be on earth, as it is in heaven (spirit)."

    3. LET THE UNIVERSE show you the way via your impulses and instincts that appear as you take inspired action. Don't worry that your first steps seem silly or futile.
And if you don't know what to do, do anything!
    Go!
Get busy! Do not insist on intermediary successes, only upon the end result.

2011 is going to be your year (it already is),

    The Universe

There's a line in an Elvis Costello song which I find to be kind of true:
"If I could fool myself, then maybe I'd fool you too."

In fighting, the most barbaric of human endeavors, usually one's own worst enemy and biggest obstacle is oneself, much more than the person planning to pummel you into unconsciousness.
