It's a very expensive email harvester ($3500), although there are some who claim they are making millions using it. Yes, I bought it, but got a refund after finding out how it really works. Do a search on the forum. That kind of money could be spent more effectively on PPC with much better results.

Lead evolution is software you buy and install on your desktop. It costs about $3500. Much of the leads sources seem to be eerily like spam. I wouldn't risk getting my ISP shut down by emailing those leads.

I use PPC and also have tried many lead sources; and the best one I have found is Salesgenie.com. You get 100 free leads to try their service. You can target your leads by drill down criteria, and get name, email, full addresses and phone as well as product of interest from surveys etc. With those leads, I send a postcard. They have either B to B or consumer leads you can choose from. I highly recommend this if you are looking to target local businesses.

Search the forum for lead evolution, there are others who have similar experiences with it.

My impression is that Lead Evolution seems to be dependent upon
more or less gaming the Craigslist websites. Craigslist takes
a dim view of exploitation of it's community through spamming
and it's not unlikely that Craigslist will try to stop Lead Evolution
    too.

It reputately harvests leads from other sites as well... but you'd
have to ask yourself if you want to invest $3500 in something
that may cease to be effective in a short time.

As MYOB suggests PPC is something where you could test and
tweak and figure out a way to get reliable leads with considerably
    less investment.

A lot of people probably want to use Lead Evolution to promote
MLM programs and cash cycler type things. In my view if you
feel you need a huge amount of leads to make money with one
of these sorts of things there is something flawed in the way
you are marketing it - or if the product you are selling is not
very profitable and you must do a lot of volume to make any
    real money with it.

Within a few months somebody will do a knock-off product
that does similar stuff to Lead Evolution. You can bet on it.
