No, I honestly wanted to know for a reason. I'm in the process of becoming vegetarian and looking for vegetable suggestions, from family, friends and even the Warrior Forum.

No doubt...threads like these are used to get sig file attention to the op. Plus you get a lot of new warriors posting on it hoping it will drive up their post counts. Which they don't. It's almost like litter.

I don't think I could pick... I love all vegetables! If you are becoming a vegetarian, look into different grains like couscous and quinoa. As for vegetables, there are wonderful things you can do with sweet potatoes! There are tons of free recipes online, just take some time and look around! As a vegetarian, you don't just eat vegetables. You need to include grains and legumes as well.

Is potato a vegetable, because I love it? If not, then how about peppers? Not all of them. Bell peppers are too bland, but I do like jalapenos and some other moderately spicy peppers like chipotle and tomatillo.

If I had to choose just one then I would also go with broccoli. Goes well with virtually any meal, tastes great and has powerful anti-cancer properties.
