Got to have a way to spread the money temporarily. Sometimes you have to have necessary evils by your standards to move forward in your movement.

I think "hypocracy" covers it better. Are there no other banks in Oakland besides the top abusers? I'm not sure what to call this - Irony, hypocracy, or sheer idiocy. Perhaps people have to boycott them and withhold funding until whoever pulled that stunt gets a clue and finds a small localized bank to use. Kool-aide should be outlawed as a drink in CA. It's really messed those people up.
