
Or the one client in 100 who thinks everything you do is terrible and that you must be out to rip off the whole world (very over reactive type client)....if you have EVER been in any business, this has happened to you.
Or any other of the numerous things you deal with as a business owner.
Well, I just laugh it all off, give refunds if requested, move on and remember the 99.9% of the clients who love the products and services and really appreciate the small percentage that will even take some time to tell me how grateful they are for the offers and customer service.
The key thing is doing a job as best as you can and reaping the rewards....taking money to the bank.
I haven't had a job where I worked for someone else for a long time but being in business, you still have to deal with "the boss" which is the clients.
It takes perserverance, determination and dedication and a little bit of letting things roll off of you.
