  Nope. I suffer from no addictions to anything. I try to avoid putting anything into my body that I didn't grow or raise myself, or at the very least know where those products came from. I don't take medications unless there is a dire need for it, and I have no illegal substances in my body ever. I have habits that I enjoy, like gaming and listening to music and the like, but I could do without them if I had to.

  I think I have developed an addiction to energy drinks. I have been drinking energy drinks for almost a year now, almost everyday. Probably because I think I would be needing a lot of reserved energy for the day, or to prevent me from feeling sluggish. Lately I have been thinking if I am already addicted, because I do not feel my day is complete without me drinking any energy drink.

  I love reading books. The one you buy from the bookstores (not ebooks). I can go all day just reading books. I read my children’s books as well. Anything, that I find interesting. I just love to read. But I easily get tired of reading anything on the net. I preferred to print them and read

  Cigarettes keep me sane, they relieve me of stress-related activities. Including jogging plus weight loss programs in the gym, and the usual drinking binge with pals during college and after graduation. Now I am still hooked on nicotine and I am thinking about patches, but I heard that there are alternative programs to self-rehabilitate and regain healthy lungs with less cold turkey syndrome. Aside from that, I was able to kick the habits of partying too hard after school and work and found this site appealing since it offers a chance for me to earn and may give me enough funds for a better rehabilitation program. No need for intervention groups here, I just need a good book and coffee minus nicotine. And yes, I am smoking while I'm typing this post.

  Wow that's cool Tony! I listen to a lot of genres within and beyond the Ipod. I am into clubbing music whether it's House/Electronica or Hip-Hop & RnB. Sometimes I prefer mashed-up music that combines 80's classic club tunes with contemporary music. House Music pumps me up especially Electro House or Hip House.
  
  And after getting wasted in a bar or a club, I prefer chillout music in the car, mostly downtempo electronica. Yeah, if there's one addiction I wouldn't stop then it would be music.
