Huffington post appeals to liberal sectors of society. AOL is more conservative. Both are under same ownership, lol. There are other branches too. Hilarious.

The Fox corporation is the same way. Their programming is liberal, but their news is aimed at the conservative sector. They just find a niche and make a killing.

    Even more interesting...

European bankers do the same thing when nations are at war. They lend both sides money. The ones they want to lose are only loaned just enough to give them hope. The ones the bankers want to win are given a crap load of money.

Here's the catch, in the terms of the loan, the victor must pay the vanquished debts. Talk about maximum upside leverage with minimum downside risk.

Of course this is just a conspiracy theory, and the burden of proof is on you to prove there is such a thing as a "Huffington Post" and "AOL" as you so eloquently put it.

It's the old practice of "playing both sides against the middle". No matter what happens you can take a position - no matter what happens, you're covered. If you mix business and politics - it's a smart thing to do.

HuffingtonPost is launching in Australia. I hope someone has told them that in Australia the Liberals are the conservative party.
