I have all the pride for our country, but is anyone else embarrassed that without our country we are harboring dumbasses like Dennis Rodman who believes he can achieve political supremacy by visiting an enemy who threatened us with nuclear war.

THEN! return home saying "he's not that bad of a guy" THEN returning again and upon return announcing that their political prisoner got himself into the mess he is in?

It kind of like saying Hitler was a misunderstood person who had all the best intentions.

Sorry for the rant. I need to get some flowers and brighten my day.

      Certainly something a bit off about that whole deal. I'm a little embarrassed on your behalf But luckily I think most of the planet can distinguish between the actions of one whacko and the sentiment of an entire nation.

            Carmen's the real deal, although the name is a show name. She grew up in Cincinnati, attended the School For Creative and Performing Arts, then attended Princton High School. I've known her father since the late 1960's. He's a musician, as was I. We each rented a teaching room at the same music store for many years. And years later, he owned an appartment building on the street directly behind my office.

            As for Rodman, he craves publicity. It makes him better known, and he can demand more money as a player. But with Kim Jong un! Yikes!

            Well, Google Images shows that he had an earring in both ears.
            Of course, that is common these days, so maybe it doesn't mean
            the same thing it did when I was a kid.
