Destroy the Gatekeeper: Dentists and Physicians

The best way to get past the gatekeepers of dentists, physicians, and veterinarians is to simply call their place of business after hours. When you call them after hours you will get an after hours greeting. The after hours greeting will usually give an after hours number to call if it is not a 9-11 emergency. This after hours number is almost invariably the cell phone of the physician, dentists, vet. Call them at a respectable after hours time and do your thing... Destroying c**k blocking gatekeepers in the process.

This works for all three groups, but you'll find it will work better for veterinarians. Some of the folks who fix humans don't bother to put an after hours number, but a good chunk do.

I learned this from one of my lead generators on one of our daily conference calls...

If a doc asks you; "how did you get this number?" You should just say, "I have interns working for me to get numbers to call and frankly I don't know how they got it... But..."

    Funny though is the first thing it did was make me thankful I have not needed to cold call in forever ;-)

      Send letter. Call cell. "You get letter?" = Warm Call. Probably a much higher end to end conversion rate too vs. following up with the gatekeeper about the letter.

    Was never good at talking crap with people and not a method I would use with any one, bit of a rubbish thing to me, destroys your integrity not the gate keeper thingo.
