Making a "review funnel" for a client - your ideas?

Hi...

I have a local biz that wants this sort of review funnel....

Reputation management basically

I just started cleaning up his social media sites, "claiming" sites for him, and putting out alerts so he can stay on top of bad reviews (something he admits he has not done)

I also am exploring other ideas but basically I am looking for some software to work with this or else >? I am leary of white label - most are too expensive IMHO and I have seen white label and affiliate deals go south and leave you hanging JMO

so yeah, software....any ideas ? thanks in advance

      I'll take a stab at it. Are you talking about a funnel where the customer can click on a button indicating whether they're happy or not? Where one button goes to their review site of choice for positive feedback and one goes to an email form for negative feedback? I've seen some Wordpress plugins for such reputation or review funnels. I always thought it seemed like a cool idea. I think I have one that I picked up somewhere.

        Hi yes I have seen some white label ones and one that seems to be out of date, not supported (from 2012) I would surely appreciate if you could send me any info I would also be happy to help you in some way to set up one for yourself, maybe we could learn together??

        The idea is not to buy reviews or do anything shady but to let customers review and those unhappy can "deal" with them, maybe defuse them, make them happy....and it would encourage happy customers to write a review. The sad fact is that unhappy people are much more likely to write a review - this balances it out and also gives owner a way to make a meaningful "response/resolution" to some unhappy folks

          I think I will make my own

          I want the review page to be hidden - not indexed, only available thru a direct url and/or a link and/or qr code

          I created the page/s in html and added to a wordpress site I own - so far it is looking good

          adding the review site links for those who are thumbs up...and playin with a form (maybe thru an email program?) for those unhappy

          Now I just need to figure out - how to make stand alone full pages off a wordpress site, < I know how to make it one page, no side bar but I want all trace of wp gone, full screen....I think I did this before but I have to figure it out

          My other option is to make the whole site in just regular html
          or maybe just stand alone pages in html on the server and then link from the front end (wordpress site)

          whee= I am confusing myself but really the options I see out there are not all that enticing, some of the "packages" do not seem very well supported
          There are some white label options but they are pretty expensive and don't really let me create it the way I want it
