Mailing list of Renter?

Hello All,

I have a quick question. Do any of you know of a way to get a mailing list of "renters?" Preferable with some ability to separate out higher income earners on the list.

    Is credit score important, or just income?
    I did not pour over listshack to see if they break it down that way.

    I'm just asking because renters might be renters due to their poor credit scores.
    Just in case you're working on traditional homebuyer lead gen.
