Best Project Management System?

So...in 2016, I decided I'm leaving too much money on the table and decided to take on more clients and outsource the work.

What are the best Project Management Systems out there, that are free or low cost?

I have used Trello and Basecamp before. I found this blog The Top 6 Free and Open Source Project Management Software for Your Small Business - Capterra Blog but wanted to ask this Offline Marketing Forum what they are using or consider the best.

Thanks

I used Basecamp for a long time and hate it. It just never really felt totally organized to me.

A few months ago I switched to RedBooth. It's pretty simple. My team likes it. My clients like it.

They have a free 1 month trial. During the trial period they will also do a 1-on-1 webcast with you and walk you through how to use it.

The one thing it does not have is any kind of hour tracking if that is something you are looking to use for your outsourcers.

I dumped Freedcamp for Redmine. You have to set up your own server for Redmine, but you can do more powerful PM with it than you can with Freedcamp. You can set up workflows & view gant charts unlike Freedcamp.

I went with Redmine because you can scale with unlimited everything if you have your own server, instead of paying for extra users or extra whatevers that are common with SAAS models.

I've tried out pretty much every project management system I could find before settling on Teamwork. Definitely one of the best out there.

Maybe some new ones have been released since I switched to that, but I love it.

I haven't tried using any other software. One of my business friend suggest Apptivo software, as he was using it I implemented the same software for my small business. It has 40 + Apps, project management system it has the attractive Gantt chart feature it is an interactive chart to know where your work stands, time schedule and tasks to be completed. Manage all your task and calculate the task automatically, it provides unlimited templates to launch on new projects effectively. I was impressed with the work done, I trained my staffs started to work faster and saved paper work.
