Jay Abraham on JV's

Okay we were talking on here about JV's and Jay Abraham as he is the guy that teaches this stuff.

The thing with Jay's stuff is that it is all over the place and he hasn't been a seminar marketing guy in ages.

I was on a long drive last week and was listening to an audio of him presenting to some association in England I think. I was thinking of some of the stuff that Animal says to do and wished I new what to buy.

WALLA - Abraham.com doesn't have anything to buy but you can get consulting. Since the $50,000 a day is a tad out of my price range I was disappointed.

But go to the bottom of the HOME page and there is a place to put in your email and get a pass code for a bunch of good stuff.

So I did it and there are three videos and transcripts of Jay talking about JV's. I think he calls it power partnering or something.

There he also offers his two books for free on PDF and a bunch of other stuff.

So if you want to know what the whole JV thing is about and how you can get into it a hundred different ways even if you have no business, assets, capital, etc. go check out his stuff.

      Wow that's awesome. I have never seen that before.

      I'll dig into that this weekend.

      I've already made some money off of what I learned off his free stuff on his website so I'm sure that book we'll be worth the time.

      The chapter on JV's in his book Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You Got plus the chapter on how he has used bartering is really fascinating stuff.

      It sucks that his stuff isn't organized for people who want to buy it but the reason it isn't is because he is actually making money doing what he teaches.

        I've been reading through the book and here are some thoughts;

        It is very comprehensive - it has a lot of case studies, like 60 or so.

        It has actual letters that have been used for JV prospecting - very valuable.

        It goes through JV making process in detail. It goes into the theory, the mindset, the rational.

        You can't help but come up with good ideas while reading the book so it is well worth the read. I think if you combine what is in this book and The Power To Get In you will have something very powerful if you are going after big businesses

        Small businesses and Jay's "test" letter in the front of the book should do the trick.

        I'm using The Power To Get In right now while "wale hunting" for a big hit but I will try out some of Abraham's stuff to get some small JV experience under my belt.

        I don't see the book for sale on Amazon or Ebay which is too bad because it is worth whatever they asked for it in the past.

        It's really more of a training manual than just a book.

        This probably won't happen, at least not on here as a WSO... There might be a website for my proteges and a private email list. I just can't be bothered dealing with the push button riches crowd and the nay sayers...

    Here's 900 case studies,which he gives away in his emails. It's a revision of his earlier 502 case studies. Not all about JVs, but still interesting to scroll through and see others' successes. And, of course, extra strategies you can give your JV clients.
