Become a seller on Amazon

Hello guys,
After i read the guidlines on the amazon services about selling products especially cloth they said "Sellers must provide a website or image hosting site with product images that can be reviewed to be considered for approval to sell on Amazon."
So i must create a website of products first if i want sell on amazon isn't it?

    A couple of months ago, we were planning to sell online through amozon after taking textile products from local wholesalers.

    But when we calculate the costs, if you do not produce or if you do not import relevant products from outside of country, you can not make profit and you can not compete with others. How did you solve product supply chain?
