What To Do With Cosmetic Surgery Leads

Hey guys, pretty new around here, but been in the digital space for a while. I have recently put up some sites and I'm now getting about 20 leads per month (half calls/half form submits) on my sites for different cosmetic surgery procedures. I'm wondering what is the best way to go about selling these leads to local cosmetic surgeons.

I was thinking about just using Callfire to redirect the calls to a surgeon's number with a whisper of "Lead from blah blah" and then calling after a couple weeks to follow up. Still not sure how I would go about the form submits. The form is for people who are requesting a consultation with a plastic surgeon, so I think these are decent leads, not time wasters.

Any thoughts?

    I think Callfire would be a good way, then to sweeten the deal even further, let them know that you can also get them additional leads via the form submits.

        In your email, ask if they would be open to receiving referrals and ask who would be the right person to speak to within the business. Later you can explain where these referrals will be coming from and discuss how you'd like to be compensated for sending them over. No gatekeeper will turn you away if you are bringing the company referrals.

    Go to a CPA network in your niche and then instead of getting those leads yourself to your list, use the links they gave you to earn on a Cost Per Action basis.

    Everytime someone enters their name and email, you can earn what ever that surgeon is paying that platform for each "lead".
