I think the orders these fall, would play into how it would be received. Right now you are hitting right off the bat with Hey what's your budget. So, something in line with listing assets first web site, social media, Content ( I would separate content and mobile ) PR / Reputation Management, and then break into the advertising parts, Local Marketing etc.

Sales campaigns I would separate into Offline and Online. Once you begin with service there will be a direct ROI related to online campaigns vs what generally happens with offline campaigns. This starts pounding in the reporting and ROI tracking which is a display of your services value.

"Other" being "Online Branding" and "E-Commerce" I would place to the top. I would also add "Offline" ( Offline Branding" and "Offline Sales" ) to both of those. I would suggest that this would best set expectations. If the overall idea is to increase online market and sales, and if you are successful in doing this, the Offline percentage would / should drop, again demonstrating your services value.

Other than that a pretty comprehensive list. I have something very similar when we first bring on a client to see exactly where they are at online and offline right down to Branded letter head, business cards.. newspaper ads, online ads, etc etc.

We can then start associating values in terms of producing sales to all of these things ( which we all know can be difficult ) but as we start manipulating the online sales flow, online ROI numbers go up, and the offline numbers remain static most times. It become very clear very quickly that they ( the client ) understands where each sale comes from and they start asking etc to better understand what's working and what doesn't.

This is usually where we start having the discussion of the value of Branding, and we start updating printed Materials, and decaling vehicles and signage and the like.
