Decided to Focus more on Offline

I have done about everything in the last couple of years of my internet marketing career. I recently lost 20k on a software deal by trusting a fellow marketer who I thought was a friend.

Anyway, I still kept my daytime job. (I am glad I did!)

After last couple of years, I was in bad shape. The only thing keeping me alive was my full time job and my offline marketing business that I did not focus on. The customers stayed with me and paid on time.

I did have some Clickbank stuff coming in as direct deposit to my business account. But, nothing like offline. I have met some really cool people in the Internet Marketing niche.

Out of all the people I have met, I have met a bunch who want to steal your ideas and claim them for themselves. However, I met a ton of cool people in IM as well.

I am now about to embark full throttle into my offline webhosting,design and local marketing company.

I have a lot of ideas and I am going to start trying out and want to be able to share what works for me to everyone here.

Right now, local offline businesses are hungry to find more business in today's economy.

I feel much more pleasure helping local businesses succeed online than to promote CPA via PPC or blast email offers for the next greatest launch by some so called guru.

Can't wait to start contributing! I love you guys here on the Warrior Forum look forward in sharing my new adventure.

    After you start experiencing how good it feels to really help small business owner your going to ask yourself why you start doing it long ago.

    Its so fulfilling to help others, it brings a real sense of self worth and an inner peace.

    Welcome to the offline forum Shane. There is a lot of good info in here for you to sort through, but I also look forward to seeing what you report from your endeaver.

    You will fit right in here.

    Most of us have a "business horror story or two" that was the catalyst for changing what we did.

    Ours was huge.

    But an awesome learning experience.

    Offline is all about genuinely helping people - especially the small business owner who has often struggled without help for so long.

    Build the relationships and be the "go to guy" and you will reap the rewards.
