i am almost complete on the fan page. the customer already had a fan page but it sucked. is there anyway to integrate his customers over?

    What do you mean integrate his customers over? If you want you can ask the business owner to make you the Admin of his Facebook page and then you can do your magic

    Are you trying to make a brand new fan page? You can't transfer fans over to a new page. Just work on the existing one and replace and fix what you need to.
