Facebook Fan Page problem

My designer has almost completed the FB fan page . It looks great. However, the last part of it the owner wants changed isn't working. My designer can't figure out how to do this change. Can any expert here help?


We need the page to redirect to an offer on the customers website when they click the LIKE button on the FB page.

    my designer is saying if he redirects them after clicking on LIKE to the website it will be for all visitiors not just 1 time visitors.


    is there a way around this?
