Best Business Plan Template

Hello warriors,

please I have a plan to start a new business in laundry niche.
please could someone help me with how to come up with the business plan for this niche.

Again, i need to know how best i can do the business presentation to my potential sponsors. What factors should i mention in the presentation that will give me top hedge over my competitors.

Any tip helps and is appreciated.

    I HATE TEMPLATES. Templates are bad for you.

    Every time I write a business plan, I start from scratch. Oh, I know what people want to read and hit those points hard. But templates kill the sizzle and drive you to repetitious, boring documents.

    I downloaded a plan from SCORE.org and just way overwhelmed by everything I had to fill out (I got half way through it and just quit). If you want to keep things simple, I'd check out the One Page Business Plan (you can find the book on Amazon for cheap). I use it for all of my companies/potential ventures. If you don't want to order the book however, go to google and type in "one page business plan example" and click the 1# result. There you'll be able to see examples of different niches and how they've structured there plans to fit them.
