Lead Capture Web Pages

So I have my site setup, but realize I don't have one very important thing on there... a way to capture email leads!

I am offering services for SMS, Google Places, Facebook and G+ Business Pages. I want to capture leads based on the services businesses come looking for right?

So, to do this I plan on running ads on facebook and maybe Adwords. Should I setup a specific landing page for each niche market I target? For example, I'd have a lander for restaurants, one for accountants, one for dry cleaners, etc.

Now if this is true, do I set them up on my main domain? Or do I get a separate domain to setup all the landers on?

Thanks.

Might work better if you set each landing page on a different sub domain. It'll also help with tracking.

Also, would it be better to capture leads based on niche or based on the service that I'm offering?

The honest answer is stop overthinking it and start getting results.

      Here's your 3 step process...

      1. Set up one landing page that talks about the services you offer but in terms of the benefits they give to clients (businesses care about sales and leads)

      2. Run ads to it

      3. Tweak your landing page until your making a profit

Once you've reached that point then feel free to roll out lots of different landing pages for different niches. However the first step is just get something up there.

If you're really sold on the niche idea then go find James B. Allen's current WSO where he provides 10 lead gen vids for various niches including squeeze pages as the upsell. Much less time consuming than doing it yourself (he also has another set of 10 he's done previously as well).

My point is if you get too complicated you'll never get anything out the door (and what if you build lots of squeeze pages and they all fail to work?). Keep it simple, measure and tweak.

    You say:

"Should I setup a specific landing page for each niche market I target? For example, I'd have a lander for restaurants, one for accountants, one for dry cleaners, etc."

    I would say ABSOLUTELY yes.

A squeeze page for each niche is the ONLY way to go.

Lots of good ideas already thrown out there. Just get something up, test it and tweak it. Continue to make changes until you see conversions. No secret formula but massive action with trial/error then onto results.
