Offline services with recurring monthly income?

Hi everyone,

I am just about finishing getting my business model & plan together before I launch into the offline world, and I just wondered what are the various services that can be offered that have a recurring monthly fee?

i.e. ones I can think off the top of my head are:

SEO
Web design (with hosting/maintenance package)
PPC
Social Media Marketing
Reputation Management

Any others you guys use to make recurring monthly fees from?

    I have a client that pays for general "consulting hours" on a quarterly basis. Basically he gets 12 hours at a time and they're good for three months. Can be a good source of income, but it's also a little time-heavy, so I only do that if I have the time available.

    edit: also SMS services.

    In my personal city its a hardsell but I have done reoccurring for adwords campaign management, blog postings, SMS management, updating their menu/specials (which was the easiest sell because I was thinking from the customer's viewpoint not mine). Somacorellc had the right idea as well with blocks because a client can eat your time up if they are paying say $25/mn and just want "one more change please".
