Looking for a local lead generation theme..anyone know which one this is?

OFFLINE MARKETING

I'm looking for a simple local lead generation theme to use for a few of my sites and found this site Sell Your Houston House Fast – Call 713-334-7653 and this one Houston Discount Roofing Contractors - Emergency Roof Repairs 713-242-1651 and I'd like to know how to get this theme?

I see it's called local lead theme, but found no actual site to get this theme from? Anyone else can help me track this wp theme or maybe suggest another one that is simple and effective to use?

  The source says leadlocal. However, I believe it's a customized theme... just rip the CSS and duplicate.

  Its one of Jack Mizes themes for being a part of his offline plr membership site.
