Hello,
Does anyone know a good site for buying customised photos?
I tell them exactly what I want and they make it for me !!
Any ideas?

    Have you considered outsourcing on sites like odesk and elance?
    There are also some great people here on the forum that can do great work.

    If you want, send me a PM and I can send you to the guy that does my graphics for me. He's great and might be who you are looking for.
