Question About Facebook to Offline client

OFFLINE MARKETING

Can anyone recommends me an ebook / WSO or a service that can teach how to provide Local Marketing through Facebook to Local Clients???

I´m doing "manualy" to 2 of my clients, but seems that I´m not getting results.

If someone have a tip about it. I thank you in advance!
