Lead harvesting software recommendation, PLEASE!

I need recommendations for the best software to use to scrape data from Google Places and organic listings. (other sites would also be helpful too)

I'm wanting to use it for postcard direct mail campaigns.

The most important features I'm looking for are:
  • owner verified listing
  • complete business info: name, address, phone, website
  • position in google: on page 1 or not?


I'm targeting local businesses that aren't doing so well online or just ain't #1.


I'm looking for the best software app with the least amount of software glitches that has good tech support.


I tried Places Scout and their support is terrible. Getting a refund.


I'm looking at some others, but I'd really like your opinion before I buy.

      Thank you for the recommendation, however please be aware, sniperbot does
      not now, nor will it ever tell you if a lead is on first page ( or any page of google )

      --- edit, it does tell you if a google places page is verified , not verified, or out of business
      as well as a ton of other stuff.

    However, Sniper Bot Pro will tell you who is currently spending money on advertising and if they have/haven't claimed their page.
    Which is who you want to be targeting anyway. People spending money and yet haven't even claimed their page.

      PLPX does tell you if the page/listing is page one, verified, advertisers that are spending money with Yellowpages and a bunch of other data. It is as well always updated with any changes to Google, but if you are ready to expand on your business, do feel free to pick up one of the other 20 lead source plugins. (Ie Yellowbook, Craiglist, Google Adwords etc)

      OP- You can export the business name and address directly from the PLPX software to Avery Mailing labels, as I set up this export to work with Avery Label templates - GL on your postcard campaign!
