Lead Generation in Demolition

Hi All,
I am interested in getting a bit of advice. I have recently set up a website (lead gen site) around swimming pool demolition. It'll collect leads from 28 states in the USA.

It's a lucrative business which averages an income of between $6,000-$8,000 per contract.

Everything on the site is set up and ready to go, however, I have one question which I need an expert opinion on:

As this is such a labor intensive business (as in a lot of machinery & demolition equipment is needed), would it, in your experience, be better to sell leads to local demolition companies a lead at a time, or try to find one national demolition company, who would get all the leads?

I would go for a national co if possible.
because of the high value of a lead for them, I would come to an arrangment whereby they will pay you 10% for a successfull lead conversion ie, you would make approx $600 on each new job they get. Yes, I know what you're thinking, how will you know if you can trust them? In my experience they will want more leads from you and will let you know if they've have converted the lead into a paying job. Because if they don't, you will supply your leads to their competition.

A trackable number with recording can be used.....

Many providers for this, here's one for example of how it works...

      Mediahawk » Call Recording
      Signature

Thanks to you both for the suggestions. Yes, one of my concerns was how to track successful leads, but I'll look into @ferriswabnabe's solution.

By the way, are there any residential demolition companies operating nationally??!
