I am going straight to the point:

What is the easiest offline product ever? I mean easy with creation. I dont want to source out... Maybe fanpages? Or Twitteraccountcreation?

    I think if you like a product or have interest in a niche then you will find it easy to promote it. On the other hand if you dont have an interest in a product then you will have difficulty to sell it.
