List of offline services to offer - Help

The only service I could think of is SEO and mobile sites. Anybody else got any ideas on a list of services that could be offered to businessmen like restaurants or handymen.

    SMS marketing/reminder services
    Flyer production/distribution
    Marketing campaign management
    Cost benefit analysis of existing marketing
    Add on services (discount books etc)

    The list goes on. Just walk down the street and look critically at businesses and think "if that was mine how would I improve it"

    The easiest service to sell in my opinion is a basic website with a customized header

    I have been providing this service in my local area for quite a few months now and i find it really easy to get new customers

    All local businesses want more exposure and customers through the door

    Once you have them as a customer you can then upsell them with additional services which will again help them to gain more customers

    things like:

    fb fan pages
    1 on 1 consultations
    setting up paypal /shopping carts on there sites
    etc etc

    Its a never ending list.. you could always come up with another idea or way to promote their business. The most important thing to remember - show them increase in sales!
