Need an EASY WP Theme for Local Business-Recommendations?

I have a family member I'm trying to help get started simple local websites. I'm trying to find a WP theme for offline business that isn't niche specific. The kind that are just a few pages so a business can have a web presence. For example my local barber wants one from her right now.

The family member knows a little about WP but not a lot. I've purchased a few local theme WSO and found them easy to use (just fill in the forms) for a beginner but the results look dated or they produce nice results but seem much harder to use.

Can anyone recommend a local theme that is easy to use without having to be an expert with sliders, widgets, etc, and still produce attractive modern looking but simple local sites?

    Elegant themes are very good, they also have a support section if you get stuck with anything, it may take a bit of time to get used to but its easy then

      Thanks I was hoping to find one that was specific to local business to minimize customization.

      I highly recommend the SmallBiz WordPress Theme by Expand2Web.

      It is not cheap, but the SEO capabilities are probably the best I have ever seen in a WordPress theme.

        Thanks for the suggestion Mark. I like the built-in mobile and facebook functions of the SmallBiz theme! I might have to invest in that one.
