I run a lead gen firm specializing in copywriting and design. As you know, copywriting projects are usually one off. So I have been thinking of ways to have recurring income.

Maybe we can brainstorm some ideas? These ideas could also be useful for your own business.

      Lead generation. That's what I'm working on right now. Create and rank a website in a local profitable niche and sell the phone calls it generates to businesses that need the work. I'm in the beginning stages of getting sites setup for this. Once setup and ranked well, maintenance shouldn't take much time per site. I actually might outsource that once each website does well.
