Are 4 x 9 in. postcards EDDM eligible?
According to USPS, the minimum size for EDDM mailing pieces are:
> 11.5" long OR
> 6.125" high OR
> .25" thick
I'm not sure about you, but to me that is very confusing. A 4x9 in postcard does not meet the 6.125 inches high requirement, but couldn't you technically print it so that it is 9 inches high and 4 inches long? Would that magically make this postcard EDDM eligible?
Most print shops do not advertise 4x9 in. postcards as "EDDM Eligible" so that is why I am asking here. Any ideas?
