UK SMS Marketing Tools?

Hi guys

I've got a few restaurant clients I'd like to offer mobile sms marketing to.

Whilst I know how it works and how to get the most out of it I'm not sure who the best provider is in the UK for this, or what is the best 'interface' to use to manage clients.

I want to set up each client with a short code, and be able to let my clients message there own customers, and put a cap on the amount of messages per month etc

Any suggestions?

    Twilio is probably the best for UK but short codes are expensive. Long codes can be used .I think 500 can be sent at one go. Price is about 2p per sent msg . Its under a £1 per month per unique number. Hav'nt marketed yet but hope to soon.
