Web Design & SEO Offline Agreement

Hey guys,

Thank you in advanced.
If you get a client that will pay you monthly for $200 a month for web design, hosting, mobile website, and seo - the whole nine yards.

What agreement do you give them to sign so that we all got something writing?
Something that will charge his card a month? or write me a check?
Also, some web design agreement for saying ok it will be fore 6 pages, etc.

What forms do you guys use?

Thank you

You definitely need to have some terms laid out that are very clear. SEO with what kind of results? The web design also needs to be spelled out. Is it unlimited web design and changes if he/she isn't happy? You'll need to spell out the terms and exactly what they are getting for the $200 and both parties will need to sign it. I'd also setup some kind of recurring billing setup. If they aren't happy, then they can just cancel.

The first thing you need to do is charge more! They are getting a steal if you are truly giving them all of that for just $200 per month.

I think if you are doing 4-6 pages for a website you should charge at LEAST $300 up to $500 just for the website. For the SEO you should also charge between $300-500 per month.

So instead of charging 200 for the entire thing, you could be making 600 or more. Don't sell yourself short because the small biz that doesnt go with you may be spending thousands to get their website and seo done. If your prices are too cheap, it could also be a red flag to the business owner.

Yeah a good website is easily $1000 or more, and quality SEO is worth at least $500 per month even at low competition in a small city.
