I have some developed sites for sale and some undeveloped domain names which I have no time to develop myself.

Here’s what I have:

5 Developed Sites

Site #1 – Eco-Ball.co.uk

I purchased the domain name back in May 2005 but didn’t really do much with it until December 2008. Due to its name I decided to create an environmental blog. If you don’t know already, eco balls are small balls that you use for doing laundry. They save on using harmful chemicals so are better for the environment.

The blog has 10 unique posts but was never promoted, so traffic levels are relatively low at 100-150 uniques a month. But it can be found at #1 in Yahoo for “eco ball” and “eco balls” without the quotes and also top 20 for both in Google. So there’s potential for easy improvement.

The price is just $50.

Site #3 – HowToBuildADogHouse.net

This blog was created in June this year and just has a couple of posts. Although the traffic levels have increased every month with no promotion at all – June 50 uniques, July 182, Aug 191, Sep 222 and Oct 173 so far.

Almost all traffic is from Google for dog house phrases like “how to build a doghouse" where it is top ten. It is using the Revolution Music theme which has been adapted to match the niche.

The price is just $50.

Site #4 – DogHouseReviews.net

This is a static HTML review site of dog houses. I had planned to add new reviews and get commissions from Amazon but didn’t find the time. It was created in June this year but never promoted so traffic is <100 uniques a month.

The prices of dog houses can be several hundred dollars, so commissions would be generous with Amazon, even at the minimum of 4%.

It can be found in the top 10 of Google for phrases like “dog house review”, “dog house reviews” and “dog houses review”. So it shouldn’t take much effort to increase rankings and traffic.

Price is just $50.

4 Undeveloped Domain Names

#1 – BlogAddresses.com

I purchased this domain name in March 2006 with the intention of developing a blog directory or even a blog about other blogs. But never got round to doing it.

Price is just $25.

#2 – eHotelDirectory.co.uk

This was purchased in February 2005 and was again going to be a directory but this time of hotels in the UK.

Price is just $25.

#3 – HitsAnalyzer.com

This is one of my oldest domain names and purchased in May 2003. I was going to set up some sort of software for tracking website visitors, like AWStats. There’s still massive potential with the name for that to happen.

Price is just $50.

#4 – Movie-Gallery.org

This was purchased as an expired domain name in December 2005. The name speaks for itself what it could be used for and would be great for a blog about movies.

Price is just $25.
