Nicheblogsales.com and thearticletrader.com were created as complimentary website content provision services.

Nicheblogsales.com provides both ready made Wordpress blogs and also a custom Wordpress blog creation service.

Thearticletrader.com provides article writing services for websites in addition to other web content such as Ebooks and reports.

I write articles and also create Wordpress blogs in addition to outsourcing some work when demand dictates.
The two sites are currently averaging $1600 per month in gross sales with very little costs apart from hosting fees and occasional advertising costs.
Since most of the income is derived from selling pre-existing content and also a content creation service, the overhead required to run the business is minimal. Total monthly expenses are $7 hosting fees, $40 advertising costs and $10 digital download costs. I spend just 3 hours a day working in this website business and have many many ideas on how the business could be grown substantially and both sites monetized further. I will discuss these ideas with the highest bidder.

A new owner could use these and other ideas to more than triple sales over the coming months. I am developing an off-line business and therefore I am looking to sell this website business. Be under no illusions - this is not the usual "auto profit" bull - it takes work to succeed but I make an average of $1600 a month working 3 hours a day which my my reckoning means this is a potential $50k a year business for someone willing to put in a normal 8 hours a day. Average pageviews per visitor is approximately 10.61 pages per visitor, which is well above the industry norm of 2.5 pages per visitor. This indicates that visitors are finding the content of these websites to be valuable and of considerable interest.

Yes I provide all types of web content ...including e-books. Its a fairly easy process to produce these yourself or outsource the work if you know the best ways to do it. As written in my advert...I do provide 6 months of training and support to the new owner of the business.
